Pierre Marcolini and Victoria Beckham’s exclusive chocolate collaboration

When a pastry celebrity meets a fashion celebrity, it ends up with an explosive, design and delicious collaboration.

To celebrate the 10^th anniversary of her couture house, designer Victoria Beckham and Pastry World Champion 1995 Pierre Marcolini joined forces to create a box containing 16 chocolate hearts in limited edition: Victoria Beckham’s Hearts.

The two met in Paris to think about the chocolates of this lovely box that will be available in Pierre Marcolini stores all over the globe and in the Victoria Beckham store in London starting this Thursday October 4, 2018 – before the release of a new box said to be out for Christmas 2018.

As for each Pierre Marcolini creation, the sugar level is decreased, and the chocolates and coatings of the Hearts are made of a grand cru cocoa and natural colorants.

4 flavors are available in this 16-Heart box:

• Casse-Noisette [Nutcracker] – hazelnut praline caramel, and signature Casse-Noisette chocolate spread, sprinkled with caramelized Piedmont hazelnut chunks.
• Caramel Beurre Salé [Salted Butter Caramel] – Salted butter caramel coated with white chocolate
• Rose – Passion – Rose and passion fruit infused white chocolate ganache, coated with white chocolate
• Yuzu – White chocolate ganache, fresh yuzu and mandarin pulp, coated with white chocolate.

Quality, finesse and design are definitely the watchwords.
