Bô, the famous Caribbean dining bar run by young Michelin-starred chef Julia Sedefdjian, is opening its doors to you at a brand new time and for a brand new occasion: brunch! If you're a fan of this appetizing weekly treat, get ready to discover new flavors, because here, the cuisine comes straight from the Caribbean, and this new brunch is no exception!
Every Saturday at 11:30 a.m., Bô invites you to discover authentic, exotic Caribbean cuisine. We start with an assortment of viennoiseries from Boulangerie de la Tour, and the traditional homemade butter-chocolate bread. This sweet treat pays homage to the festive traditions of the West Indies, with a light, golden, thinly-sliced brioche dipped in warm milk chocolate made with homemade peanut paste. Hard to resist!
Then it's on to Creole dishes: avocado-shrimp salad, which can be spiced up with homemade chili jam; chiktay of smoked chicken seasoned with lemon juice, garlic and sweet chili; shrimp bisque and ultra-smooth cod ti pain...
We finish on a sweet note with guava and mango shortbread and passion fruit mousse, roasted pineapple and cocoa crumble; and we top it all off with a hot drink and fresh homemade fruit juice, orange or sugar cane (!).
See you there?
