Do you know the Osmanthe? This hot pastry shop located near Daumesnil offers us to taste ultra greedy Franco-Asian creations. Matcha opera, mille-crêpes, sesame eclair and original pastries, here is a spot that shakes up the codes to the delight of gourmets.

It's a real neighborhood nugget that deserves to be known. In the 12th arrondissement of Paris, between Daumesnil and Michel Bizot, at the corner of two discreet streets, the Osmanthe pastry shop awaits the gourmands to make them discover new creations. This address is the realization of Fang, a passionate pastry chef who presents through her recipes a harmonious marriage between French pastry and Asian flavors. And guess what? It's a favorite!

Fang surprises us with classics skillfully revisited in her own way. Among his favorite creations, we find Symphonie, his ultra-gourmand version of the opera made with matcha green tea, salted butter caramel and almonds, his Saint-Honoré and sesame eclair or his mille-crêpes declined in two recipes: green tea or chocolate praline.

These are fine pastries, not very sweet but with a nice balance of flavors that await us here. We then discover new creations such as Fei, which is composed of a green tea cream, a compote of azuki (red beans) with coconut milk and caramel, Mini Tasha, an elegant pastry made with lychee topped with an edible rose petal, and even a durian cake that is presented as a trompe-l'oeil.

As you can see, this is a beautiful address that is worth a visit!
