Tea time , yes, but iced tea when it's hot is even better! We're heading to Burgundy Paris this summer 2024 to enjoy a fresh snack that combines a whole range of sweet dishes between pastries and ice creams. This summer offering blends global inspirations with seasonal produce.
Under a glass roof bathed in light, Pastry Chef Léandre Vivier revisits the great iced summer classics. Inspired by his travels, he composes original creations such as the strawberry charlotte with a hint of lavender, a tribute to Manosque in Provence, or the almond-scentedhazelnut Affogato, a nod to Florence in Italy.
The menu also includes such delights as chocolate and combava cake, raspberry and red bell pepper ice cream, soft brioche with 60% Peruvian chocolate, pistachio and orange blossom cookie, and peach and juniper berry ice cream cone. We like to taste everything and take our taste buds on a journey to the spices, herbs, zests and other flowers that enchant our sweets.
To accompany these delicacies, you can choose between the Hibiscus Mood non-alcoholic cocktail for a refreshing touch, or a delicate glass of champagne to celebrate a special occasion. Sweet tooths also have the option of sampling Léandre Vivier's pastry creations at the patisserie counter, on the spot or to take away thanks to the click and collect option offered by the Burgundy patisserie.
Iced tea starts at 62 euros per person for a gourmet snack, 70 euros with a non-alcoholic cocktail and 77 euros with a glass of champagne. Takeaway pastries are available at 10 euros each, with orders to be placed the day before on the Burgundy Paris website. Please note that this gourmet snack is available from Thursday to Sunday, 3pm to 6pm. Don't forget to book!
The Burgundy Paris iced tea is a summer discovery not to be missed. Savor summer with elegance and indulgence, thanks to the refined creations of Léandre Vivier in the heart of Paris's 8th arrondissement.
