Doukane, Alan Geaam’s latest delicatessen

Alan Geaam is not done taking over the 3rd arrondissement. He is now opening Doukane Paris, a new authentic Lebanese delicatessen, to discover from March 10, 2022.

Alan Geaam keeps on invading rue Saint-Martin and now opens a Lebanese delicatessen, just across his Qasti restaurant. Doukane, here is the name of this new store allowing you to get your share of authentic Lebanese produces coming straight from Lebanese villages to wake your inner chef looking for a gustatory journey.

On the menu:

  • The best of Lebanese pastries
  • A selection of fresh Lebanese produces


Zaatar, tahini, sumac, rose syrup, or even many spices are available in this new store likely to make you fall in love with it. From March 10 to 13, 2022, the store is inaugurated with Anthony and Nell Rahayel and Michelin-starred chef Alan Geaam. Workshops and tasting sessions are to be expected.
