In place of Père & Fils, Burger par Alléno and until the end of the summer, Moët in Paris by Allénos promises to be the chic, leafy, spacious terrace of the summer season, carefully hidden away in Beaupassage.

For the three months of the summer, Père & Fils, chef Yannick Alléno's burger restaurant, is changing face and name, unveiling a new scenography and a new concept. Moët in Paris by Allénos is an ephemeral place with a spacious terrace, sometimes sunny, sometimes shady, in the heart of Beaupassage.

Nestled on this pedestrian passageway in the 7th arrondissement, the address offers a combination of gastronomic and oenological experiences, in collaboration with the Moët & Chandon champagne house. To support this alliance of choice, everything has been tastefully redesigned, from the colorful pop decor by designer Charles de Vilmorin to the brightly colored tableware.

From now until the last day of the Champagne harvest, i.e. early autumn, Moët in Paris by Allénos will come alive with an exciting program: piano-vocals on Thursdays, late-night DJ sets on Fridays and Saturdays, and gourmet brunches on Sundays.

Behind the menu, as you'll have guessed, Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno creates dishes that are simple yet comforting, classic yet well-executed, the kind you love to savor in the sunshine: duck foie gras terrine (24€), smoked salmon and herb sauce (18€), burrata and olive powder (16€), vegetable ravioli with soy sauce (12€), Peking-style beef (29€) or cold chicken with lovage mayonnaise (27€), just like the next day's chicken.

Note that the rather short menu is divided into main areas: vegetarian dishes, steamed, a la plancha, and even sandwiches, including a burger in a nod to the usual identity of the place. They can be discovered à la carte or via a starter/main course/dessert menu at €59 - and €106 with food and champagne pairings.

Of course, it's also possible (and even advisable!) to sip Moët & Chandon's own creations, some of which are even used in recipes such as Peaches with Moët Imperial (14€).
