Biodynamic viticulture, a farming method based on ecological and spiritual principles, is the focus of a special evening at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace. For this exclusive dinner, this Michelin-starred address presents a gastronomic experience featuring dynamic organic winemaker Gérard Bertrand to celebrate the centenary of this environmentally-friendly practice with a holistic dimension.
On the evening of Wednesday December 4, 2024, gourmets will be able to discover this special five-course menu designed by chefs Gabriele Ravasio and Eddie Benghanem, with food, wine and herbal tea pairings orchestrated by head sommelier Anthony Haffner. Designed as an opportunity to exchange ideas, the dinner will also be attended by Emma Bertrand, Gérard Bertrand's daughter.
This is your chance to find out more about the benefits and workings of biodynamic viticulture with a gastronomic rendez-vous in a Michelin-starred restaurant just a stone's throw from one of France's most beautiful treasures, the Château de Versailles. Royal, isn't it?
