Spoon, Alain’s Ducasse’s new restaurant, welcomes you from this Wednesday October 11, 2017 in Paris Place de la Bourse. Set in Palais Brogniart, the new venue of the insatiable grand chef and passionate about travels and discoveries offers a mixed cuisine.

Alain Ducasse, probably the greatest chef in the world, counts up by himself 18 Michelin stars and continues his quest and opens his 24th restaurant. It’s in Paris and more precisely in the Palais Brongniart that he decided to bring the Spoon back to life, a restaurant that used to be housed in Hôtel Marignan.

In this new venue, entirely decorated by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the chef gets his inspiration from his many trips across the globe and offers a mixed cuisine.

Loyal to his habits, Ducasse offers us at the Spoon a lively and playful cuisine but still authentic.

At the Spoon, we find a cuisine as Asian as South American or even North African. Thus, the spicy duck broth and the fine Chinese pancake, the shrimp cake and dried bonito fish from Taiwan share the menu with Chili sin Carne from Mexico and the burned mango, avocado/coriander from Brazil and the Zahtar shoulder of lamb, yogurt and coriander.

Everything to make our mouths water.

And to know more about Alain Ducasse’s passion, the documentary “La Quête d’Alain Ducasse” [Alain Ducasse’s Quest] is released on October 11, 2017 in French movies.
