Nestled in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, Zazza is a little piece of Italy for all lovers of gastronomy and the land of Dante. Pizzas, pastas, burratina... the right place to discover the fine and particular flavors of the all'italiana cuisine.

Everyone knows Italian cuisine... But the REAL Italian cuisine, the kind you eat when you travel to Rome, Naples, Florence or Venice, and which you'd like to find in the capital to remind you of your last vacation in Dante's land...? Zazza is this promise, this return to traditional yet modern flavors, this little corner of Italian paradise in the heart of the capital. Located in the 10th arrondissement, the restaurant is sure to delight the taste buds of all gourmets.

On the menu, then, nothing but fresh produce from these far-flung regions: burratina, Bresaola carpaccio, Tiramisu, pizzas in every sauce, accompanied by tomatoes, mozzarella fior di latte, ricotta, scarmozza and gorgonzola... and the same goes for wines and digestifs: Lambrusco (a sparkling red wine), Prosecco, Moscato d'Asti and other Amaretto and Limoncello... Flavors that take us right back to the gourmet terraces of our previous vacations. And for those unfamiliar with Italy, the journey is instantaneous and the discovery appreciable.

The editors particularly recommend the burratina, which is quite light and very pleasant on the palate. A very simple dish, just like the local cuisine, or the Bresaola carpaccio, hearty and refreshing. As for pizzas, we recommend the calzone, quite classic but prepared with love, and the tartufata, a curious pizza made with truffles, very lightly flavored and particularly good.

The same is true of the decor: white brick walls and marble, both in the front and at the bar, are unmistakably reminiscent, for those who know the country well, of certain buildings in northern Italy (whose fronts are made of Carrara marble). And for those who want to extend the experience, the company has also opened a trattoria in Bastille, Ammazza, where colleagues can enjoy an aperitivo... So, shall we go there, friends?
