To experience a unique gourmet journey in South America, go to the 2nd arrondissement of Paris to push the doors of Tigermilk. In reference to " leche de tigre ", the name given to the emblematic Peruvian marinade, this new restaurant is likely to tickle your taste buds with its South American-inspired cuisine.
Mexican, Chilean or even Peruvian flavors... Tigermilk intends to make its mark in the Sentier district of Paris with colorful dishes, based on fresh and quality products, coming directly from small producers, all in a warm and friendly decoration.
The restaurant reveals two distinct rooms with, in the first one, high tables, a cocktail bar and even a mezzanine. In the second room, the atmosphere is more intimate with a huge library, wicker chairs and velvet benches.
Once comfortably installed, we discover the tempting and inspiring menu. To begin the tasting, six appetizers to choose from, ideally shared with empanadas or a spicy Tigermilk version of Gua Bao, without forgetting the inevitable ceviche plates.
On our side, we let ourselves be tempted by the incredible guacamole, the melting quesadillas and a memorable ceviche made with very thin strips of haddock, pomegranates, mangoes, coriander and tiger leche with coconut milk for the sweetness side. A real favorite for our taste buds!

What's next? The inevitable Superbowl. Behind this generous salad, with a perfect and colorful layout, we literally fall for this tasty mix with melting pieces of salmon, mangoes, avocado slices, onions and vinegar rice.
Across the street is the Wagyu carpaccio; 100% French Wagyu beef, marinated for two and a half weeks, served with roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes.
As for the rest, the marinated farm pork ribs (cooked for 5 hours) but also the quinoa bowl, composed of avocado, quinoa, pomegranates, edamame, baby greens and balsamic sauce, seemed to have satisfied the taste buds of the other customers that evening.
And to end on a sweet note, we strongly recommend the Dulce de leche cheesecake; a delicious cheesecake, on a speculoos cookie base, topped with the inevitable Dulce de leche.
Otherwise, opt for the chocolate mousse with Kampot pepper or a maracuja tiramisu and passion fruit.
As for prices, Tigermilk offers unbeatable prices with, for example, starters from 3 €, dishes from 9 € to 19 €, and desserts from 4 €.
To accompany these dishes, Tigermilk offers six classic cocktails revisited from 6 € as the inevitable"Pisco Sour" or the"Tigermilk Spritz" but also a nice selection of wines from independent winemakers (bottle from 12 € to 21 €).
A word of advice, friends, don't delay in pushing the doors of this new address in the 2nd district to discover the excellent fresh and homemade cuisine signed Tigermilk. Note that this new address is open for lunch and dinner.
A brunch is also available every Sunday from 11am to 3pm with the"Pacifico Toast" (salmon, avocado, farmhouse bread, edamame, sprouted seeds), the"Chilli Mango Avo Toast" (avocado, farmhouse bread, mango, chilli, mint) or the"Not so classic Avo Toast" (crushed avocado with aji amarillo, farmhouse bread, candied tomatoes, radish).
And our little finger tells us that two other addresses should open soon in Paris...
