The 2018 Christmas logs at Foucade Paris are THE solution for combining gourmet goodness and wellbeing this festive season. FOUCADE PARIS, described as the first"Positive Patisserie", once again this year combines exceptional patisserie and nutrition.
Foucade is the brainchild of Marjorie Fourcade, a Parisian gourmand who has had a few health problems and found a solution to keep eating cakes. She makes cakes with the best possible ingredients: untreated flours such as rice and chestnut flour (wholemeal flours), rice milk, and agave syrup for sweetness!
With these ingredients, FOUCADE PARIS is able to create delights that make everyone happy.
For this 2018 holiday season, FOUCADE PARIS presents 2 knockout Yule logs that are sure to please everyone!
Foucade's 2018 creation log this year is a Couronne de Saveurs, a creation as good as it is beautiful. Composed of 6 balls set on a gingerbread base, Foucade's log is quite special. The secret? The balls are different, and guests can choose between the red rose ball, the orange mango-passion-cardamom ball, and the yellow citrus-dill ball.
Whatever they choose, no one will be disappointed, because the flavor combinations are so well mastered... And if you're desperate for chocolate to make your New Year's Eve a good one, FOUCADE PARIS also offers a Piano in dark and milk chocolate.
Just as practical for sharing as the crown log, the Piano log will appeal to chocolate lovers with its dark chocolate orange or milk chocolate blocks... The dark chocolate cake is quite strong and won't be appreciated by children, but the milk chocolate cake is so creamy it's perfect for young children!
You'll have to taste them to believe it, and that's just as well, because FOUCADE PARIS offers you the chance to try the logs in individual formats!
And to decorate your Christmas Eve table, Foucade offers a DIY gingerbread house. You receive the gingerbread sheets with your "food glue" and build a pretty house with your family.
For 46 euros, children have their own Christmas workshop, and can even have fun coloring the gingerbread men sold with it, before devouring the whole thing with tea or coffee!
