Extremely demanding in terms of endurance, the triathlon is a complete discipline that combines three different sports: swimming, cycling and running, over an Olympic distance and 1,500 m of swimming, 40 km of cycling and 10 km of running. The start of the events will be from the prestigious Alexandre III bridge, with a swim start in the Seine. For the para triathlon, the distances are different, but the start is the same: this time, count on 750 m of swimming, 20 km of cycling and 5 km of running.
