Make way for fashion and art on the Champs-Elysées with the new The Kooples flagship - our pictures

There is nothing better than the “world’s most beautiful avenue” to be used as a window for a fashion brand! This Monday October 31, 2022, The Kooples opened a Parisian flagship at 93 avenue des Champs-Elysées, in lieu of Lacoste – now located across.

For their new exceptional place, the French brand breathes urban-trendy vibe into the 300sqm of the store covering two floors. Concrete, raw walls, sheet metal, and neon lights, The Kooples is trendy from floor to bottom!

“For us, this is a first to open a store of this size, and this has to be a different concept. This is a challenge but we wanted a strong firm stance expressing the brand’s repositioning we started last year. We have bet on naked walls and raw spirit. The huge mirrors create a break and support our premium approach”, The Kooples CEO Marie Schott told Fashion Network France.

An unforeseen art gallery! The brand sees the occasion to shine a light on artists closed to their DNA, enhanced by their partnership with the MacVal museum. A new sponsorship hat, like Anthony Vaccarello – Saint-Laurent artistic director at Saint Laurent Rive Droite.

Access the store through two different entrances:

- On one hand, a forty square meter event zone devoted to collaboration or current trends, enlivened by a huge screen setting the tone. The Emily bag by The Kooples yields to leopard print, a major print for the brand, available in this 100% stylish pop-up. The bonus? For the Holidays, the flagship opened a corner devoted to customization of the emblematic bags! Come and have your initials put in golden or silver letters on your new baby, or bring your EMILY if you have one already!

- On the other hand, a resolutely black and white universe adorned with logo-printed pieces, as well as the carte blanche of a guest artist, starting from the window. This is a piece by Gaby Sahar that inaugurates this first fashion-art window. Upstairs, the men and women collections packed the steel hanging rails, whilst the latest it-bags by the brand proudly standing on the shelves of a mirror alcove.
