Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the Pigalle district, Pyra is to be discovered at the end of a quiet building courtyard. The décor, inspired by Ancient Greece, features blue and white colors. The gymhas a vast space dedicated to group classes, a large mixed changing room with individual cubicles, and a relaxation area where you can wait in peace and quiet.
If you've been taking Body Attack, Body Pump or Body Combat classes, but couldn't find a place to do them in Paris, Pyra is for you. This new gym offers the emblematic group classes of the Les Mills license, formerly present in many more Parisian gyms. On the program: a dozen disciplines, including cardio, muscle-building, stretching and even dance.
We tried out Body Pump, a class focused on muscle strengthening, and appreciated its dynamism as well as the friendliness of the coach. At Pyra, beginners are welcome. For a more intense session, Body Attackor Body Combat are more suitable, with more sustained cardio work.
But what really makes Pyra attractive is its affordability. From €59 per month with commitment (€69 without), you can enjoy unlimited classes! In Paris, where gyms are increasingly expensive, Pyra stands out as an interesting alternative for enjoying a wide choice of classes without blowing your budget.
