Brunch lovers beware!
Petrossian Rive Droite unveils a new menu, taking on the breakfast classics with the savoir-faire for which it is renowned.
Between tradition and modernity, Mikael Petrossian wanted to add this possibility to his restaurant on Boulevard de Courcelles.
On the à la carte menu, eggs make their entrance, proving that they can be perfectly enjoyed with a touch of iodine. Alongside the traditional eggs Benedict with smoked salmon (21.5€), you'll find scrambled eggs with caviar (36€) or Souhoï® salmon (the salmon is worked like Para Negra and brings a powerful flavor to the egg), not forgetting the cult eggshell with caviar (20.5€).
You can pick and choose from Petrossian's flagship recipes to create your ideal brunch.
For example, salmon egg blinis (16€), a Caesar Salad (32€), Zakouskis (3.5€) or plates of smoked specialties....
Don't forget sugar, of course, with homemade pastries such as apple strudel (6.50€), chocolate praline tart (7.50€) and other tarts whose flavors change daily. You can accompany them with a good tea made exclusively for Petrossian.
A chic interlude in the world of Petrossian. You won't have to wait until Sunday for your brunch, as it's made to order and can be enjoyed all week long, Monday to Saturday, all day long, from 11am.
