BlackBird Coffee: Montmartre's friendly, elegant coffee shop - permanently closed

For several years now, coffee shops have been springing up all over the capital. While some have become veritable institutions, other newcomers intend to overshadow them and make a name for themselves in the sector. A case in point is BlackBird Coffee, nestling in the Montmartre district.

Behind this new spot are Steeve and Vanessa. After several years in graphic design, Steeve radically changed his career path and turned to the world of coffee, although this beverage - indispensable in the eyes of many - wasn't really his cup of tea. Eventually, he fell in love with the coffee bean and quietly dreamed of one day opening his own coffee shop. After 10 years' experience as a barista in several cafés in the capital, Steeve finally decided to take flight and launch his own business. Passionate about crows, to the point of having the bird tattooed on his arm, the name was obvious: BlackBird Coffee. As for the decor, Steeve had a keen eye for detail as a former graphic designer. He opted for an elegant, well-cared-for atmosphere, reminiscent of a speakeasy. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with comfortable emerald-green armchairs and sofas just waiting for you.
