Already present in the Passage des Panoramas, Culottée is opening a second address in Paris, this time in the Miromesnil district. Here again, this café-cantine awaits you at any time of day, from breakfast to lunch to afternoon tea, with the assurance of treating yourself at a lower cost. Part coffee shop , part restaurant, Culottée Boétie is the brainchild of Marie-Hélène Le Maréchal, who wanted to open "a canteen with dishes you'd like to prepare at home but never have the time."
At lunchtime, Culottée Boétie offers two lunch formulas at €10 and €13, each including 2 or 3 recipes from the menu, mostly vegetarian: quiches, salads, savory cakes or gratins, which change daily and are of course homemade, using seasonal produce.
For a snack, the café-cantine has a pretty display case of travel pastries, like the carrot cake, to accompany a coffee from the Parisian roaster Lomi, a tea, a latte, a hot chocolate, a smoothie or even a pumpkin spice latte with homemade butternut syrup. And at breakfast, you can enjoy homemade peanut granola, banana bread, avocado toast and more, to get the day off to a good start.
Weekends are marked by a brunch, also at an affordable price (€27), which includes a hot drink, freshly squeezed juice, scone and homemade jam, homemade granola, Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit, avocado croissant or smoked salmon, salad of the day and a choice of homemade pastries.
