L'Entithé, an eco-responsible, vegetarian tearoom in Les Batignolles

In the Batignolles district of Paris, an adorable little tearoom awaits you for a warm, gourmet break. Whether you're a vegetarian or simply concerned about eating well, l'Entithé (we love the pun!), is the perfect spot to unwind from your day.

In a cosy space with a mix of soft sofas, bar chairs and tables for several, open onto the kitchen, you'll feel right at home, with books and board games available, to come alone or with friends.

From Tuesday to Sunday, L'Entithé offers homemade pastries, savouries and brunch, with vegan and gluten-free options, but above all, local and seasonal ingredients. There's no coworking here, just a moment of gustatory pleasure in a friendly, eco-responsible tearoom, a chance to put your screen aside for a moment.

If the place is perfectly pleasant when the sun comes out, thanks to the possibility of opening the bay window, we came on a rainy day to enjoy the human warmth of the salon.

As the weather was cool, we tried the absolutely delicious hot chocolate, with its silky, comforting texture. And in keeping with the salon's name, we preferred the "Tango à deux" green tea, fruity and delicate, with just the right amount of sugar. 100% organic, it is served with a little hourglass, so as to respect the infusion time and experience all the notes of mango, grapefruit and cornflower, which make it a must-have at the salon.

On the sweet side, we've opted for dark chocolate, with a muffin with a strawberry heart that softens the taste of cocoa, and a crunchy buckwheat and hazelnut cookie. The menu also includes other variations of the cookie, with peanuts and fleur de sel, or spices and pistachio.

But also hazelnut madeleines and many other snacks perfect for tea time, such as the apple and cinnamon tartlet, which recalls the flavors of childhood and makes us want to come back for more!
