A graduate of the prestigious École Ferrandi and trained by Philippe Conticini and Johanna Le Pape, Chaïmaa Lemoine is now flying high on her own wave of creative patisserie. Since October 2024, she has opened Ganache, a space as gourmet as it is creative, where you can buy her flagship pastries, such as Paris-Brest or seasonal products(Yule logs, galettes des rois...) but also, where you can take part in a pastry workshop. Every Wednesday, older children can take part in a pastry-making session, while on Saturdays, it's the grown-ups' turn!
Here, the pupils are still a long way from surpassing the master (or rather THE master), but they're all here to learn the basic rudiments of pastry-making, that noble art of gourmandise. So, for two hours on Wednesdays, children (accompanied by their parents) can learn to make cookies, cupcakes, pop cakes... And other treats for snacking. On Saturday, older children can learn the art of babka, macaroons, entremets and Yule logs. Prices start at €80 for these pastry workshops.

In short, Ganache is the place to pick up Chaïmaa Lemoine's pastries (made to order, you can reach the team by phone or on the website), take part in parent-child or adult pastry workshops, and also see her pastries being sold directly, as the chef comes on site some weekends and offers customers the chance to personalize their pastries (with toppings).
