Ever heard ofCoya? With its first restaurant inaugurated in London in 2012, the brand has since grown with the opening of four other locations (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Angel Court London and Monte Carlo).
And the list is still growing, as Coya unveiled its very first restaurant in France back in September. And it's in Paris, more precisely in Beaupassage, in a 700m² former church, that Coya 's first Parisian address opens its doors.
Like its big brothers, the restaurant's decor will be inspired by " South American culture and Inca heritage ", with a colorful ambience designed for the two floors of the Parisian restaurant.
With seating for up to 130 guests, Coya Paris also features a ceviche bar, a Pisco Bar & Lounge and a terrace.
For those who don't know what they're talking about, Coya stands out for its traditional Peruvian cuisine with South American, Chinese and Japanese influences.
On the menu? Ceviche, tacos, charcoal-grilled meats and Peruvian-style sashimi... all created by Coya's historic chef, Sanjay Dwivedi.
As for the clever beverages, pisco sour is available in a variety of combinations, including lavender, passion fruit, peach, apricot, strawberry and mint, raspberry, pineapple and lemongrass.
To top it all off, Coya Paris offers a truly immersive cultural experience, with Latin music, dance and artistic performances...
So, are you ready to discover the very first Coya Paris?
