Black Angus, the restaurant that sublimates meat in Paris

The Black Angus restaurant on the Place de la République in the 11th arrondissement of Paris has just opened its doors. The restaurant specializes in premium Black Angus meat, available in 3 formulas: Black Red, Black Lover and Black Prime, served with salad, crispy fries and creamy mashed potatoes... and the chef's own sauce!

What could be better known than the French "steak frites"? This bistro classic is a favorite with meat lovers and red meat aficionados alike.

Here we serve three beefy formulas starting at €29, all with a welcome salad, Irish Black Angus meat with its own unique sauce, and a combo of fries and mashed potatoes to accompany it.

Beautiful meat in a chic setting

Here, the old-fashioned bistro setting has given way to a warm, slightly chic atmosphere for enjoying a piece of beef on any occasion: a lunch break with colleagues, a business meal, an outing with friends or even a date is possible, as the place is so elegant.

The room offers 2 atmospheres: the first with a warmly-colored bar and beautiful round tables, and the "red" space with its metal flake walls and comfortable banquettes.

And if you want to enjoy the light outside, the two covered verandas are the perfect option, with views over the Place de la République.

To get you started, a lightly seasoned fresh salad is served in a beautiful coppery stainless steel bowl.

All meats are served in a combo formula with salad, Black Angus meat, fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, ... just choose the piece of meat you prefer.

The Black Red formula (29€) is the gourmet, affordable option for discovering the tender heart of Black Angus rump steak.
The Black Lover (35€) is the perfect balance between generosity and refinement, with juicy, flavorful Black Angus rib steak grilled to perfection.

And for gourmets and special occasions, the Black Premium (€42) is the ultimate experience for lovers of exceptional meat, featuring Black Angus beef fillet, a noble cut renowned for its incomparable tenderness.

Traditional desserts

For dessert, don't hesitate to try the classic of all classics: generous profiteroles with homemade hot chocolate made by a pastry chef with a full-bodied cocoa flavour, a real treat for young and old alike!

The menu also includes Baba au rhum, crème brulée and a wide selection of ice creams.
