A true tradition in the world of French gastronomy, the Michelin Guide unveiled its 2024 awards list on Monday March 18, at a ceremony held for the third time outside Paris, in Tours.
This year, the Michelin Guide 2024 has awarded a first star to 52 restaurants (including 23 restaurants that have just opened) out of the 62 new starred restaurants, all macaron included. Last year, 44 restaurants were promoted, 32 of which were awarded a first star. All in all, a particularly successful 2024 edition!
In Paris and the Ile-de-France region, 13 restaurants won their first macaron this year:
