On Monday March 18, the Michelin Guide will unveil the new starred restaurants to be included in the2024 edition of the famous red guide. While rumors are rife and certain names are on everyone's lips, as they are every year, we've decided to play along too, and get in on the prediction action.
Whether they're already crowned with one or two stars, or whether they're newcomers to the Parisian gastronomic scene, discover the restaurants that have every chance of being starred in the weeks to come, but also those on which we're putting a small coin, knowing full well that there are steps the Michelin won't take (yet).
