Since opening in spring 2019 in the Charonne district, Cuves de Fauve has been delighting the curious with its 16 draught beers, some of them brewed on site. The address, part bar, part microbrewery, is now offering a new brunch, to be enjoyed on Saturdays and Sundays!
The Autumn brunch menu features the great brunch classics: boiled or scrambled eggs, Eggs Benedict, Prince de Paris ham, hollandaise sauce, toasted brioche (12€), avocado toast, lime, pomegranate, pine nuts, fresh herbs (9€) for lovers of healthy dishes.
But this brunch also unveils generous, gourmet dishes: Mac & Cheese, Prince de Paris ham (13.50€), Croque-monsieur with 18-month Comté cheese (12€), burger with ground beef from France, 18-month Comté cheese, grilled smoked bacon, onion compote with beer (15€).
Perfect dishes to get you through the winter! As sides, they can be accompanied by a pan-fried mushroom, fries with fresh herbs or miso roasted carrots!
On the sweet side, Les Cuves de Fauve pulls out the comfort food card with a Brioche perdue made with Babka from The French Bastards ' neighbors (8.50€), a Banana bread (6.50€), a homemade Carrot cake and, of course, the unmissable Pancakes with figs and plums for an autumnal touch (11.50€).
The brunch menu will evolve in line with the seasons, so let's get cracking with Les Cuves de Fauve's autumn brunch - accompanied by a good beer, of course!
