CAYU Canidés Club, the dog-friendly accessories and coffeeshop in the 19th arrondissement

It's a little boutique nestled in rue Bouret, in the 19th arrondissement, a 3-minute walk from Place Stalingrad. With its pastel pink front, the Cayu Canidés Club welcomes you with an adorable, furry welcome. Cayu is the name of the dog that store founderAudrey adopted a year and a half ago. " When I got Cayu, I was a little frustrated at not finding more dog-friendly spaces and stores," says the manager. So it was she who opened the Cayu Canidés Club in September 2024, bringing together a full range of accessories for our four-legged friends and a small café area to relax in. Small but no less friendly, Cayu Canidés Club is the HQ for local pooches - and owners.

People come here for a chai latte, a hot chocolate, a designer leash, a bowl for a furry newcomer to the family, treats and, above all, to share a sweet moment in this place. The Cayuccino, a fuchsia-pink coconut milk foam (naturally colored with beet), served with peanut butter and chicken treats. It's a delicacy that's particularly popular with the neighborhood's furry lollers, who lick their lips at it (and finish it off with a few licks of their tongues)! What's more, every dog who enters Cayu is entitled to choose his or her day of celebration from the annual calendar (as with humans, with first names), and on the day of the celebration, a Cayuccino is offered.

When it comes to products, Audrey is the one who hand-picks the entire range she offers in her boutique: from kibbles to collars, harnesses, leashes, dog cosmetics, treats and other essentials for dog mums and dads. Selected as far as possible from short circuits, the selection includes dozens of the Cayu founder's favorites, such as Delamour cookies, with their virtues for pooches (immunity, serenity, etc.). The boutique's little extras include coats, balaclavas and bandanas from the Cayu brand, crocheted and made entirely by hand by Audrey's mom.

To further expand this canine club concept, Audrey plans to organize walks with canine educators in the near future, and regularly invites specialized osteopaths to offer their services at Cayu, as well as walks to rediscover the neighborhood with a pooch.
