In the Buttes-Chaumont park, at the level of Darcel avenue, a big house covered with ivy welcomes you: you are indeed at the Pavillon Puebla! With this gloomy weather, would you be tempted by a bucolic raclette in the most perched spot of the Buttes Chaumont ? It's a good thing, the Pavillon Puebla invites the melted cheese lovers to taste a raclette in its warm decor. Hard to say no...
Welcome to the Puebla 50, the winter version of this favorite Parisian spot. In a mountain chalet atmosphere, we are enticed by the comforting dishes that make us love the great cold. In this high-altitude restaurant, you can enjoy a Savoyard fondue, a crozet gratin, a Mont d'Or... and don't forget the star of the season: the raclette ! This one is declined in about fifteen versions according to the arrival: hay, 5 bays, wild garlic, brezain, smoked or still classic for the purists, to each one its kiffe.
Surrounded by fir trees, we find ourselves in this warmly retro and terribly trendy atmosphere. The big groups meet on long wooden tables while the gourmands in search of a more intimate spot find themselves on comfortable sofas and armchairs overflowing with mismatched cushions. A cocooning atmosphere takes hold of the Pavillon Puebla and we find ourselves with our loved ones to savor this moment to the rhythm of a DJ set. Sometimes, the sound of a cuckoo clock comes to punctuate the evening, bringing this shifted touch which we adore!
If the hesitation is long with all these good comforting flavors on the menu, it is finally the smoked raclette which will have finally won the favors! Here, no frying pans, we install the traditional device and it is with an immense satisfaction that we observe the cheese dripping.
We then arm ourselves with the raclette knife and we generously cover our potatoes with a melting flesh! Just to put everyone in agreement, the Pavillon Puebla unveils a board of cold cuts with white ham with herbs, serrano, and bressaola (beef), as well as a salad with fig to delight the amateurs of sweet and salty.
After 10 pm, it's time for the après-ski atmosphere. For the occasion, an exclusive cocktail menu in partnership with Ciroc awaits you while you enjoy a rich program of festive animations: blind-test, curling rink on artificial ice or piano jukebox. So, are you ready for an evening in Chamonix within reach of the metro?
