L'Auberge du Mouton Blanc, a historic institution inwestern Paris , once home to La Fontaine, Molière and Boileau, is set to be revitalized in January 2025 by the highly efficient Dumant siblings.
From Margot and Félix Dumant, brother and sister from a family of restaurateurs, we already know Aux Crus de Bourgogne, Le Chardonnay, Aux Bons Crus and Les Marches. These traditional Parisian addresses celebrate French cuisine that's just as traditional, gallant towards the past but far from dusty.
For this takeover of L'Auberge du Mouton Blanc, the duo have teamed up with Tristan Lefebvre, former owner of Le Vin de Bellechasse. Nestled in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, at 40 rue d'Auteuil, this address, which is one of the oldest restaurants in Paris, is about to enter a new era... while continuing to honor its authentic and generous French cuisine.
Rendezvous in January 2025 to discover the results and feast on the most essential dishes of bourgeois cuisine!
