A L'Epicerie, the new bistronomic restaurant at the Aigle Noir in Fontainebleau

The famous MGallery Fontainebleau named L'Aigle Noir Hôtel, which we've already told you about, is now enriching its culinary offering with A L'Épicerie, a restaurant that combines conviviality, refinement and authenticity. Located at 27 Place Napoléon Bonaparte, in the heart of Fontainebleau, this new space offers an ideal gourmet break after a visit to the Château de Fontainebleau or a stroll through this imperial town steeped in history. The hotel, built in 1500, embodies a subtle blend of historical heritage and contemporary luxury.

From the moment you enter, the elegant, intimate ambience invites you to make yourself comfortable for a new gourmet experience. At l'A L'Épicerie, the idea is to celebrate the flavours of French terroir with generous, creative recipes.

On the à la carte menu, the executive chefs, led by Julian Allano, highlight bistronomic dishes such as papillote de bar à la française,entrecôte maturée and croque-monsieur champêtre. Cheese lovers will delight in signature specialties such as warm toasted Brie, stuffed with snail butter and accompanied by a winter salad.
