Galette des Reines 2024 signed by Alléno & Rivoire

Following on from their superb gourmet collection for Christmas 2023, the Alléno & Rivoire duo are continuing their momentum and once again delighting our taste buds for the start of 2024! ForEpiphany, Pastry Chef Aurélien Rivoire and Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno have come up with a galette des Reines as beautiful as it is delicious.

For this first creation of 2024, the duo have pulled out all the stops, with a perfect marriage of two creams. Alléno & Rivoire's galette des Reines features a sugar-free almond and chocolate cream, sublimated by a crunchy chocolate corn puff pastry. The whole is sprinkled with grated cocoa. The result is an ultra-gourmet, perfectly-balanced creation, guaranteed to explode in the mouth!

To top it all off, the duo slipped in a clover-shaped bean for a chance to win the Tablette des Rois, a dark chocolate bar topped with a marbled fresh almond cream.
