It's not easy toopen a new restaurant these days. The health situation, closed restaurants... I don't need to draw you a picture...
And yet! Some chefs have taken this decision, to the delight of the capital's gourmets. Such is the case of chef Maximilien Kuzniar - who has worked at Jean Imbert's Acajou, Juan Arbelaez's Plantxa and La Réserve with Jérôme Banctel - who has just embarked on a new adventure with his partner Enrique Solano .
The duo have been working on this new project for several months now, and while we'll have to wait a little longer to discover this new spot in Boulogne-Billancourt, Mano will initially be available for delivery and takeaway .
And for the occasion, an ephemeral menu will be unveiled to gourmets. It's the perfect way to wait and discover Mano's seasonal "famistronomic" cuisine (we didn't invent it, the chef did!).
Tinged with street-food accents, Mano's short-lived menu features just two starters, a rather original creation based on theperfect egg and an ultra-fresh ceviche; two main courses, including a trio of delightful tacos; and two desserts, a gourmet brookie and a regressive rice p udding.
Colorful, flavorful cuisine... In short, a wonderful discovery, while we wait to discover Mano in person!
