For lovers of galettes of all kinds, a Breizh Café will be opening on the Canal Saint-Martin in June 2021!

You'll love Brittany, and Breton galettes too! In June 2021, a new Breizh Café will open its doors on the Canal Saint-Martin, and fans of wholemeal galettes are already licking their lips!

Head for Quai de Jemmapes to sample Breizh Café's famous recipes, from traditional galettes to galettes-saucisses and the Breizh Rolls imagined by Bertrand Larcher and his team.

While this new address will give pride of place to on-the-go recipes, the star of the menu will undoubtedly be the galette-saucisse, tested and approved in recent months for takeaway sales. Alongside it, new recipes will be offered for the first time, such as original variations of Breizh Roll salés, the famous Japanese-inspired "galette makis ".

Toast friends with a Breton cider, an artisanal apple juice or a local draught beer, before moving on to desserts: the inevitable butter-sugar crêpe with Maison Bordier seasonal butters (raspberry for summer), and a new recipe with organic banana, Valrhona chocolate and homemade ginger-infused whipped cream.

Shall we drop in as soon as it opens?
