Meriggio names the hottest hours of the day in Italian, perfect to relax. At the origin of this food concept-store unique in Paris, a brother Bastien and his sister Laura Corinti, Italian from their father’s side, they are young but full of ideas and talents. They spent most of their holidays in Parma, bathing in produces from their country, their uncle producing olive oil and the cousin milk and parmesan. During their studies in business school, they’ve had the chance to discover the joy of the Italian Dolce Vita and its delicious aperitivi.
This explains why they naturally decided to share this Italian way of life in Paris, by promoting first of al the quality of the produces. Now, they proudly welcome you in a truly pleasant and friendly living area and offer you the best of Italian produces! Laura and Bastien tasted loads of produces to find the ones you can’t forget! In their research and selection, they’ve always privileged the fact that they can make you discover producers you don’t find in Paris. So, of course, they’ve started with their family and they kept on visiting various exploitations where their palate, the means of productions as well as their hearts determined their choices. it’s important to note they buy all the produces directly and without any intermediary.
It’s then right by the hustle and bustle of the Grands Boulevards that you’ll dive into the Italian atmosphere covering no fewer than 210 sqm, from 8 a.m. to midnight. On the ground floor, you can lick your lips in front of the beautiful window display housing the must have Italian products such as cold cuts and cheeses. In the back, discover the cellar and its small treasures. You can have a seat and eat on the run or if you want, you can have a seat upstairs, an area entirely dedicated to food with a cozy corner. Without forgetting the famous aperitivo at the bar, where the mixologist chef will be happy to make you discover unique cocktails.
You get it now, you can come and treat yourself to a Mediterranean break at any time during the day.
Welcome to this new place where it feels good and where we eat well, the whole in a very delighting setting with a raw yet clean décor giving pride of place to produces. The whole in a very family and generous atmosphere, like in Italy!
