Atica, an immersive and cultural restaurant for a unique experience

Atica is shaping up to be one of the most exciting openings of the new school year, and promises a unique immersive experience.

Here's a new restaurant that guarantees a unique, even unforgettable experience. Next autumn, Atica will open its doors in the 5th arrondissement, promising a "journey through time and space, discovering different cultures. An aside awakening the 5 senses to celebrate the art of living in a new region, each season, thanks to artists who join forces to make diners aware of their way of seeing the world through the latitudes of gastronomy and art." What a program!

Just a stone's throw from the quays of the Seine, this immersive restaurant invites the curious to an 8-act experience, in an unprecedented space where every detail has been imagined to sublimate perceptions and emotions. The 420m2 space is surrounded by 112m2 of 16K resolution screens that are an integral part of the experience, projecting videos that plunge diners into the heart of breathtaking natural landscapes and the stories of remarkable artisans.

Visual, olfactory and, of course, gustatory discoveries are on the menu at Atica, which also accommodates different diets - vegetarian, vegan, etc. - in an inclusive manner. The experience begins in the art showroom, through the bar to the restaurant, for a liquid stopover.

Behind this crazy idea is Ramzi Saade, who has worked in the kitchen and dining room in avant-garde restaurants in Canada and Copenhagen. With Atica, he is embarking on a new adventure that combines his passions: gastronomy, culture and travel. To create this futuristic cocoon, the founder called onarchitect Chloé Leymarie.

For its first season, Atica transports gourmets to the Basque Country and celebrates the identity of this rich culinary and artistic cradle through the work of carefully selected local artists, artisans, winemakers and producers. To discover the rest of this unique, immersive experience, you'll have to visit us in September!
