A 5-day creative experience
With over 45,000 visitors expected, Créations & Savoir-faire has established itself as Europe's leading DIY event. For five days, Pavilion 6 at Porte de Versailles will be transformed into a veritable oasis of creativity, featuring exclusive events:

Nearly 400 original workshops with passionate teachers! Whether you want to discover, be inspired, learn, create or do your Christmas shopping, there's something for everyone.
The show's must-sees :
This year, Aiguille en Fête joins Créations et savoir-faire to delight lovers of sewing, knitting and embroidery. Wool, skeins, patterns, fabric or crochet: the art of thread in all its forms!
The star attraction? The famous French Knitting Speed Championship! With over 200 participants ready to do whatever it takes to knit as fast as possible, the atmosphere promises to be electric. Will the legendary Catherine Bouënard win her 10th consecutive title?
The show will also host the " Irrésistible Fil " exhibition, featuring 500 m² of textile works by renowned artists such as Anne Woringer, Rika Ogasawara and Sophie Truant. A unique opportunity to discover the encounter between art and craft, around the use of thread.
Id-déco: why not meet your favorite DIY content creators?
This space invites you to enter the creative world of inspiring DIY content creators!
Attend their live demonstrations and discover their DIY tips and techniques. Flavie Peartree, Alicia Flippo, Juste_Cree_Le, AddictDeco_MyHome and many other creators will be sharing their secrets as they make the tutorials you love to follow online. It's a unique opportunity to interact with them, ask your questions, and discover the whole creative process in real time!
Le talk créatif: the round table where we talk passion!
For the second year running, join your favorite content creators for inspiring and passionate exchanges. Hosted by Mélanie Saynat, creator of the "Fait Main" podcast, this talk takes the form of a round table, putting creation at the heart of the discussions. Two key themes this year: La Maison Créative and Les Beaux-Arts. Check out the talk program to find out more! Do It Green" at the heart of trends
Practical, fun and economical, DIY is now part of an eco-responsible approach. The "Do It Green" trend is attracting more and more French people in search of creative, environmentally-friendly solutions. Echoing this trend, Créations & savoir-faire 2024 offers a wide range ofworkshops, masterclasses and demonstrations on themes as varied asupcycling, vegetable dyeing and anti-waste cooking. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, you're bound to find the workshop that's right for you.
When to come?
La nocturne, the DIY afterwork not to be missed!
On Thursday November 28, the show becomes the most creative afterwork of the year from 5pm to 9pm. A festive and creative evening featuring original workshops, free demonstrations, a cocktail bar, a fashion show and live music. And to top it all off, in keeping with the show's overall theme of "The DIY Oracle", a fortune-telling happening awaits you!
Family Day, a creative Sunday for the whole family
Children are also part of the fun, with two special days dedicated to families, on Wednesday April 30 and Sunday May1. Take advantage offree workshops to create unique objects together, while sharing a moment of complicity. And surprise, on the last day of the show, some exhibitors offer lower prices!
There will also be an opportunity to discover the Japan Village, a real tribute to traditional Japanese techniques, with demonstrations of printing, ceramics and ancestral packaging.
L'Allée de l'Inspiration, which invites artists to create an aisle based on an imposed theme. This year, you'll be immersed in a fairytale atmosphere thanks to window displays on the theme of " A magical disco Christmas ". All the more reason to leave with a head full of ideas!
