The Trophées Fou de Pâtisserie 2023 were awarded on Monday December 4 at the Théâtre de la Madeleine. Discover this year's vintage, which highlights the exceptional work of talented pastry chefs and artisans. 12 prizes and an honorary trophy were awarded to the big winners!
The Trophées Fou de Pâtisserie were back for a third edition this Monday, December 4, 2023. Well-known to all sweet tooths, and much followed on social networks, this 100% sweet magazine also took advantage of this gala evening at the Théâtre de la Madeleine (of course!), to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
To elect this year's best patisseries, Julie Mathieu and Muriel Tallandier, the two founders of Fou de Pâtisserie, called on a jury made up of 12 personalities from the world of gastronomy - chefs, journalists and other influencers from the world of patisserie - who had to give of their forks by tasting 48 creations in order to elect the winners of this 2023 edition.

- Pierre Sang (Chef of Pierre Sang restaurants in Paris)
- Virginie Godard (Founder of Food Market)
- François Régis Gaudry (Journalist and food critic)
- Robin Panfili (Food journalist)
- Charlotte Langrand (Food journalist)
- Léo Pajon (food journalist)
In all, no fewer than 12 trophies were awarded for the year's finest pastry, chocolate and ice cream creations. The new generation of creative patissiers were also honored, and were a real breath of fresh air. The 2023 edition also awarded an honorary trophy to Pierre Hermé for his entire career in the world of patisserie.
