CESI's Nanterre Campus is gearing up to host an immersive experience in the world ofeSports and technological innovation with its Open League event, this Saturday, December 9, 2023. This unique event is being held in conjunction with the school's Open Day, offering the perfect opportunity for prospective students, video game enthusiasts and the curious to immerse themselves in the diverse expertise CESI has to offer, all in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
TheOpen League isn't just a tournament: it's a showcase for eSports culture, featuring competition on flagship titles such as Super Smash Bros Ultimate and Street Fighter 6. Starting at 10:30 a.m., players will be able to compete against each other, and the best among them will have the opportunity to win attractive prizes. For those who can't attend in person, CESI 's Twitch channel will be broadcasting the matches live, with expert commentators on hand to ignite the atmosphere and raise awareness of IT issues, a field dear to CESI and intrinsically linked toeSports.
But the day's events will not be all about competition. Game stands, escape games and many other fun activities will be open to all, enabling visitors to discover IT in a relaxed and interactive way. This will be a golden opportunity to exchange ideas with CESI students and other enthusiasts, and to learn or improve in fields such as cybersecurity or cryptography through workshops designed for all levels. A hackathon is also on the program, promising to stimulate the spirit of innovation and collaboration among participants.
