Celebrated musician-guitarist and co-founder, with Jeff Hanneman, of thrash metal band Slayer, Kerry King returns to Hellfest 5 years after Slayer's huge concert in Clisson. This time, for the set scheduled for June 27 on Mainstage 1, the American artist presents his personal project"From Hell I Rise". Released on May 17, this is the guitarist's first solo album, featuring the singles " Idle Hands " and " Residue ". His appearance at Hellfest is sure to generate some raging wall of death and circle pit action!
With three studio albums to their name, Green Lung will be taking to the Valley stage at Hellfest on Thursday, June 27, 2024, to offer festival-goers a healthy dose of stoner mixed with doom metal! Proof of their reputation, the British band opened for Clutch on an international tour in 2022. Hailing from the UK, where the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) was born in the mid-70s, Green Lung are sure to delight your ears and eyes!
Described as the queens of kawaii metal, the members of the Japanese band Baby Metal are coming to Hellfest this summer, with an eagerly-awaited show on Mainstage 2 on June 27. With their original, explosive style, the Japanese artists are set to light up the festival with their powerful, effective songs and quirky, unmissable dances. We imagine that the three members of Baby Metal - Su-metal, Moametal and Momometal - will take advantage of the opportunity to perform tracks from their latest opus, entitled"The Other One".
They're Scandinavians, and they play melodic death metal. They are the members of Dark Tranquillity.
