A healthy restaurant with this heat is so good, isn’t it? Let’s head to Yumi, near République, for a fresh and flavorful lunch. If the name of Yumi doesn’t ring any bells, it’s surely because you don’t know about their famous cold squeezed fruit and vegetable juices.
And from now on, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and even brunch at Yumi. Raphaël and Louis, Yumi founders, wanted to provide their idea of eating well, but organic version.
On the simple and short menu, three choices of mains:
We’ve had the chance to try the three of them and we’ve been conquered. Dishes are simple yet fresh, well seasoned and frankly generous. Each bite has a positive effect on our organisms with all those seeds, legumes and vegetables.
The healthy effect is even stronger when associated with cold squeezed juices. Whether you need sweetness, energy or green, you’ll have what you’re looking for.
As for sweet treat, Yumi serves a multitude of homemade desserts. Sesame cookie (€3.5), chia pudding (€5.2) for fans, vegan brownie (€3). We fell for a nice slice of strawberry cake (€3.5) and the very, very tasty chocolate cookie with squash seeds (€3.5), so good.
Brunch lovers, note that Yumi serves one on Saturday and Sunday. It includes two savory toast, one sweet toast, a mini yumi bowl, a hot beverage and a cold squeezed juice.
Let’s have a look at Yumi, shall we?
Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
