Le Tout-Paris, the sublime restaurant that rules the capital, wins its first Michelin star. Located on the 7ᵉ floor of the Cheval Blanc Paris, with a terrace boasting breathtaking views of the Seine and the capital's iconic monuments, you'll discover William Bequin's beautiful contemporary French cuisine, generous and well mastered.

"You can find everything Paris at the Samaritaine", the department store's famous slogan is more relevant than ever as Le Tout Paris, a French-style brasserie with a breathtaking view, takes up residence on the 7th floor of Cheval Blanc Paris. The luxury hotel, which opened in September 2021, has occupied the Seine-front section of the Samaritaine building since its renovation.

Le Tout-Paris comprises 3 distinct areas. The bright room, with its primary colors, immerses visitors in a very pop atmosphere, the terrace with a breathtaking view over the Seine and Paris's most beautiful monuments such as the Eiffel Tower or Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, and finally the garden, facing south, offers a panoramic view over the rooftops of Paris.

From breakfast onwards, step into the heart of this brightly-colored contemporary brasserie to enjoy a sunrise over the Seine while savoring French toast, waffles or crêpes! And don't forget the traditional Sunday morning brunch. There's no better way to recharge your batteries and start the day on the right foot. An added bonus is the terrace, with its magnificent view over the Seine and the Left Bank.

Under the guidance of Arnaud Donckele, William Bequin, a chef with an impeccable track record, offers us some fine discoveries. He certainly takes on the characteristic elements of brasseries, but with finesse and quality. Enjoy creations such as pigeon en crapaudine au jus qui réveille or blue lobster with Béarnaise sauce. Another favorite is the Gratinée à l'oignon (28€), a modernized onion soup topped with a Mornay crust puff pastry. As for desserts, sweet tooths are not to be outdone, and we've put our trust in Maxime Frédéric, the pastry chef, to end the meal on a happy note of sweetness.

In short, now with a Michelin star, the place continues to seduce us with its timeless revisits.
