In the heart of Paris's 16th arrondissement, Maison Baccarat enters a new era with the opening of the Alain Ducasse Baccarat restaurant, a table combining Michelin-starred cuisine and contemporary art under the glow of crystal.

In Paris, history and luxury meet in a sparkling showcase in the heart of the 16th arrondissement: the Maison Baccarat. Since 2003, this historic townhouse, once the scene of avant-garde parties in the 1920s, has been the crystal-maker's stronghold. Today, the second floor reveals a new chapter in the address, with the opening of the Alain Ducasse Baccarat restaurant.

Conceived by Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse in collaboration with Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder, this is a gastro-recreational table. Here, delicate, playful dishes flirt with the contemporary artworks on the walls, some of which are served directly from pan to plate in an almost theatrical act. The key words: imagination and spontaneity.

Art is also part of the décor. Harry Nuriev reinterprets the skills of master glassmakers with stunning engravings right from the entrance, while stained-glass artist Pierre Tatin signs an immersive chapel of light leading to the garden, designed by Jérémie Attali, to be revealed in 2025. Nearby, the Baccarat boutique celebrates the brand's 260th anniversary with an anniversary collection featuring crystal in all its facets.

On the second floor, the tasting cellar, run by head sommelier Bernard Neveu, offers a cutting-edge selection of wines, while at the Bar Midi-Minuit, mixologist Margot Lecarpentier composes creative cocktails, with or without alcohol, to be enjoyed at any time, between tea, champagne and pastries. As for the ballroom, it will continue to perpetuate its tradition of cultural and musical celebrations.

From signature plates to works of art, every detail resonates as an invitation to rediscover true luxury: that of being astonished, again and again. With the audacity of Ducasse, Baccarat composes a masterful score, where innovation sublimates heritage, to create a rare, vibrant place to be savored without restraint.
