Jules Behar is unstoppable! The restaurateur already at the helm of Gargouille et Zinzin is already opening a third address, in the capital's 10th arrondissement, just as Mediterranean as his previous ones. Called Cagnard, this new restaurant will open its doors on October 1, and it's this time in partnership with Félix Barthe that Jules unveils this new project.
And, as its name suggests, the restaurant's aim is to send gourmands and gourmets out into the Mediterranean sunshine, from the south of France to Turkey and Italy. A tribute to these regions rich in color and flavor, Cagnard offers a wide selection of small plates to share, filled with sunshine.
Coming soon: beef tartare with smoked harissa and marrow bone, pasta with boutargue or zucchini stuffed with apricots. We can't wait! But be warned: while the recipes come from afar, the products are as French as possible, with the aim of achieving a carbon footprint of the order of zero, in collaboration with producers who respect the Earth and its people.
And in the glasses, the Mediterranean also invites itself... because it's always good to hydrate under the heat. An address to discover next autumn!
